Rental Property Permit Application 

This permit shall be issued from the date of approval through the remainder of the application year. 

Annual fee of $240.00 must be paid to the CITY OF BRIARWOOD within 30 days of application:

IF ANY TAXES OR FEES ARE DUE, PERMIT WILL BE DENIED.
