Dove Creek Condominiums

Dove Creek Condominiums, located in the City of Briarwood, is a residential community offering a mix of attached and detached homes. The development is divided into two phases: Dove Creek Phase I, which includes 63 units, and Dove Creek Phase II, with 65 units. These homes are designed in Cape Cod and traditional styles, featuring one- and two-story layouts. Each unit is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, full basements, and walkout patios or balconies.

Our community is surrounded by lush common areas with grassy landscapes and shade trees, creating a tranquil environment. Residents also enjoy access to Briarwood Park, a hidden gem with a pavilion and creek, perfect for gatherings and relaxation.

Dove Creek Condominiums is managed by a Homeowners Association, which provides resources and maintenance services to ensure a high quality of living. It's a serene and well-maintained neighborhood close to Louisville's urban amenities!

Town Square (TownSq) Registration Process

You must access registration page via desktop computer first. You cannot download mobile app until you have logged in on a desktop computer.

Step 1. Registration Link (Type the entire link that is listed directly below here in the search bar of your search engine like chrome, safari, etc.) URL: https://app.townsq.io/ais/sign-up

Step 2. Once you have successfully reached the registration page you will see this page. It will ask for the following:

Account number – you will need this information from your property manager, Taylor Haley. Please email her at [email protected] if you do not have your number.
Zip code
First Name
Last Name

Step 3. Once you have completed the registration process you will then have to check the email address you provided when registering.

Step 4. Town Square will send a email with a link you must click to login. If for some reason the link Town Square sends does not work, you can use the link listed below in the search bar and it should let you login. Alternate link: https://app.townsq.io/login (type this in the search bar and click enter.)

Step 5. You will use the SAME email address and password you used to register to login. Once you have successfully registered on the desktop you can download the mobile app for your phone (optional.)
